Reiki Level 1
This level is all about you, finding you, working and enhancing you, and healing you in order to be the best that you can be. Enabling mind body and emotions to work in harmony, so you can shine bright and be vibrant for your soul and in turn those around you.
Reiki level 2
Reiki level 1 needs to be completed, and before booking this course I shall need to assess level of knowledge in Reiki 1. At this stage Reiki 2 will expand your knowledge on the energy field and strengthen your healing ability. With Reiki 2 you will be able to work professionally. It will enable you to work with the ancient Sanskrit symbols for hands on and distant healing.
Reiki level 3 & masters
At this stage of teaching reiki, I like to teach level 3 along with masters, however I am more than happy to split this down for people who do not want to become a reiki master, but just want to do level 3, making them a very responsible and knowledgeable therapist for yourself and your clients, gleening a deeper understanding of crystals and how they work.

What is Reiki
Reiki is the Japanese word meaning universal life force which surrounds every living thing. It can be used for relaxation, healing, cleansing, protection, as a hands on or distant healing therapy. Reiki is completely safe promoting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing
How Does Reiki Work
Reiki practitioners channel divine healing energy through their hands. Some people feel intense heat, some cold, some tingling - there are many different feelings a person can feel. We are all different. It rebalances our energy levels, strengthens our immune system, calms and heals the mind. It is an extremely gentle and relaxing treatment.
What can Reiki do for me?
Reiki is an holistic form of healing, it treats the source of disease - mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. Reiki harmonises imbalances at all levels, it will naturally flow to the area needing the most support first, releasing emotional trauma from the present and the past, enabling us to be the best we can be.
Who Can Learn Reiki
Reiki is easily learnt and practiced by anyone, regardless of the persons age or state of health. Children can even learn to practice. No special background or credentials are needed too receive training. Reiki cannot be taught through a book or on the internet, you have to see sense and feel what is there in front of you. You also need a Reiki Master to attune the student. There are many references to Reiki on the internet, however this practise is taught and handed down through many generations - and through particular lineage
